Behind the Booth: The Manufacturing Force Powering IFEX 2026

01 Jun, 2026 Company

In 2026, IFEX expanded across eleven halls at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE), BSD City, welcoming international buyers from Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. While visitors moved through curated interiors and refined displays, few witnessed the massive manufacturing discipline supporting what stood under the lights.

Behind several exhibiting collections was a production system built not on surface presentation, but on controlled industrial capacity.

This is the story behind the booth.

β€œAn exhibition stand provides operational proof.”

Where Exhibition Design Meets Industrial Discipline

Before pendant lights warm polished surfaces, before tables are aligned within exhibition geometry, there is rigorous calibration, measurement, and inspection.

  • Slabs are positioned to reveal mineral flow direction.
  • Bases are checked for extreme load balance.
  • Surface finishes are reviewed under harsh lighting to confirm tonal stability.

At the production level, this preparation begins within our 41,000+ square meter integrated manufacturing compound in West Java, where extraction intake, heavy cutting, stabilization, polishing, storage, and container loading operate within a highly coordinated system.

Container-Scale Infrastructure

Dimensional consistency is engineered before products ever reach an exhibition hall. Our facility operates with relentless industrial scale:

  • 7 Industrial Cutting Machines equipped with diamond blades ranging from 600 mm to 2200 mm.
  • 20 Dedicated Polishing Stations running multi-stage friction finishing.
  • 5-Meter Slab Processing Capability to handle massive architectural focal pieces.

This infrastructure is what allows visual presentation to remain consistent across domestic projects and international export destinations.

Natural Material, Managed at Scale

Petrified wood is highly variable. Each fossil section differs in mineralization density, internal fracture patterns, and chromatic variation. Managing that variability at an industrial scale requires structured grading, stabilization control, and strict finishing protocols.

At IFEX 2026, many displayed dining and accent pieces began as raw fossil trunks selected months earlier through our controlled sourcing allocation. On average, over 150 slabs are processed weekly within our facility, with outbound volume reaching approximately 17 tons per week across domestic and export logistics channels.

This level of throughput forms the invisible foundation supporting each finished piece.

From Quarry to Global Exhibition Hall

International buyers evaluating exhibition booths assess more than design language. They measure reliability.

  • Can supply remain stable across container orders?
  • Can dimensions be replicated without structural compromise?
  • Can finishing standards remain consistent between batches?
  • Can timelines align with international ocean shipping schedules?

Participation in IFEX 2026 signals our readiness for that scrutiny.

With export routing directly through Tanjung Priok and highly structured container loading protocols, our exhibition display pieces represent not isolated artworks, but scalable production outcomes.

For distributors and design partners seeking long-term manufacturing alignment, exhibition presence matters less than industrial capability. And in petrified wood, capability determines consistency.
