What are the payment terms?
Initiating your journey into the world of petrified wood is straightforward. We require a 50% deposit to commence your order, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment.
Could you provide more information on your shipping methods?

We are committed to ensuring that your petrified wood treasures are delivered efficiently and securely. For this purpose, we utilize two primary methods of shipping:

Ocean Freight: For bulk orders, we employ ocean freight services, ensuring safe and economical transportation. This method is especially suitable for larger shipments, as it provides a cost-effective solution for transporting substantial quantities. The transit time may vary depending on the destination, but we strive to ensure timely delivery.

UPS Shipping: For individual orders and smaller shipments, we partner with UPS, a renowned global courier. This option offers faster delivery and real-time tracking, allowing you to monitor your order’s journey from our workshop to your doorstep. This service is ideal for those requiring quicker delivery or for orders of smaller volumes.

Please note that shipping costs and transit times may vary based on the size of your order and your location. We aim to provide the most efficient and reliable shipping options for our clients.
